Manufactured with very strict finishing and dimensioning parameters for maximum compatibility with all types of mechanisms. Machining is performed with hard metal stainless steel tools to prevent contamination of the rod material and potential rust spots on the machined areas. Made of AISI 630 steel, tempered using a special long-life, low-temperature process that maintains excellent elastic memory with a hardness level between 44 and 46 Rockwell. A very strict quality control process (rod by rod prior to machining) ensures the rod's perfect straightness. The fin is made of 0.8 mm thick AISI 301 spring steel. Its mechanical strength is 1269 N/mm², close to that of the rod itself. The pin and hole are proportionate to the rod diameter, between 2 and 2.5 mm. The length is proportional...
