The Crew Midlayer Jacket just got better. This classic and cult-favorite jacket now features a few upgrades, but fear not, as the iconic look remains clear: it's The Crew. Based on feedback from professional sailors, we removed the plastic sign on the rear yoke, but retained the hangar loop. The multipurpose Crew is waterproof/breathable, windproof and warm thanks to its HELLY TECH® Protection technology, as well as fleece lining. We've upgraded it with smart sailing features: taped seams, fleece-lined stand-up collar, adjustable hem and cuffs, two zippered hand pockets, and a hanging loop. A favorite of sailing teams, it features a "secret" zipper inside the jacket that makes it easy to embroider, so your crew can have their own style.

Our refined design allows for greater freedom of movement thanks to articulated elbows and shoulders. The hood offers another layer of protection from the elements and can be folded into the collar when not needed.
